Prescanner
Click on Warehouse in the sidebar and go to Prescanner
Scan the package number / enter the number manually and click "Enter " (an automatic suggestion appears during the input - list of packages that are to be scanned; you can select a package from the list).
You will see the information about the package on the right side, i.a. location of the shipment (in red).
Now enter the weight of the package and click "Enter " or the "Receive " button.
After approval, the shelf number will appear on the right side.
Packer

1. Click on Warehouse and go to Packer
2. Enter the name of the warehouse location (shelf number) or select from the suggestion list.
3. Enter the tracking number or scan (1) or choose from the table (2) (an automatic suggestion you can select a package from the list) and click enter.
4. You will see information about the package on the right side (1), below you can see information about items in the package (2), enter the weight of the package (3) and click on the Complete button (4)
5. Now you can see Parcel number and if zebra printer is connected then the label will be print automatically.
Manifests

1. Click on Manifests
2. Click Add button
3. Fill in the required fields and click on "Save" or "Save and pick parcels" to save add parcels to manifest
4. Now you can choose parcel from the table (1), check id box, also you can filter parcels by number (2)
5. Click the "Add parcel" or "Add All Parcels" button to add parcel to manifest or input/scan parcel number.
New manifest has status "TMP" (1). If you want to add or delete parcels from the manifest, click the "Manage parcel" button (2).
We can accept this then dispatcher can check it.

Press button "Accept manifest" and status will change to

"completed".

Click on the warehouse and go to Dispatcher
Enter AWB number (1) and press enter, then on the right, you can see Manifest information (2) and below you see information about parcels in the manifest (3)
Scanning parcels are normal

or manually select parcels by clicking in checkboxes. After dispatcher work is done manifest has Status "READY_TO_SEND"
After this action manifest has status: "READY_TO_SEND", parcels

Common packages
Receive package
Select a package from the list and click the "Receive" button.
You will see the window, where you must input the tracking number of package/scan package and input weight. After you complete information about a package, click the "Receive" button.
The location of the newly accepted package will be displayed.
Clarify package
Undeclared packages (packages that came to the warehouse but weren't added to the system by the customer) - status "to_clarify".

(2) Express shipping
(3) If the package has been incorrectly declared by the customer, you can assign the package in the system - selecting the appropriate package from the list
